Prior to your website being published we agree your page structure and populate from your existing website or practice leaflet and add standard content. This is free of charge (unlike some of our competitors) and completed within 7 days.
We host your website using a quality hosting service and are there to sort any issues which may arise. We use a fully managed hosting service with a server stability team monitoring your hosting 24 hours a day.
Once your website has been published you can use our simple to use editor. The editor can be used by as many members of staff as you wish and from any location to update pages on your fully responsive website.
We can apply for a free .nhs.uk domain name from the NHS DNS Team, then point your website to the new domain. We can also redirect your existing domain for you.
If you have any problems we are here to help. We keep all our websites updated and do not charge for support or updates (unlike some of our competitors).
We have comprehensive library of free forms which cover most requirements. We are also happy to quote for any bespoke forms that you may require.
1) When viewing my current GP Practice website on a Smartphone, do my pages automatically resize so that page content can easily be read?
2) Can I see all the pages on a Smartphone?
If the answer is no to either of these questions then your website is not responsive and patients will be missing out.
With the aid of Google Analytics we're finding more and more patients are now using Smartphones to access GP Practice websites and this trend only looks set to increase.
There's no obligation to buy whatsoever. Only when you decide your new website is right for your practice do we go ahead and publish. Our annual fee is inclusive with no VAT to pay. Our minimum contract period is just 12 months.
Our websites have been written and maintained, for the last 10 years, by a serving Practice IT Manager who understands GP Practice website requirements. The original website design was written in collaboration with a GP Practice in Somerset..
